2022/22 Fellows and their positions
Kat grew up in the DC area but is so happy to have found home and community in Minnesota! Kat chose to do Circle of the Beloved because they are very interested in going to seminary or divinity school and they know the experience of living and serving with COTB will help with discerning that path! Kat will be working with St. John the Evangelist this year serving with their children, youth, and family coordinator as well as helping coordinate their live streaming services.
Sha-niece is a Florida native who is staying to serve for a second year with Circle of the Beloved! Sha-niece is excited about her new position with Boys and Girls Club of the Twin Cities as she continues to work for the young people in our community. Sha-niece will continue her education degree throughout the year and she loves to cook, garden and has truly embraced Minneapolis. We are blessed to have Sha-niece for year two!
Megan is a proud Minneapolis resident and a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota, where she studied journalism, political science and Spanish. She currently works at Minnesota Public Radio where she is a podcast producer, and she is very excited to start serving at St. Nicholas Episcopal Church, where she will be helping with communications work and building community relationships. In her free time, she loves to bike, swim, read, bake, go backpacking, travel, and spend time with friends.
